This notice covers erin.broker, the site for Erin PrettyWeasel. It explains what the contact form collects and where that information goes. Gallagher’s own handling of client information is described in the Gallagher Global Privacy Notice.
What the form collects
If you submit “Connect with Erin,” the site sends your name, email address, phone number, the policy needs you select, your preferred time, and any message you write.
Why it is collected
The information is used so Erin can respond to your request and follow up about insurance or risk-management questions. It is not used to bind coverage.
Where it is sent
The form is delivered by email to Erin_PrettyWeasel@ajg.com. A form-delivery service transmits that email. Reply goes to the email address you entered. Do not put Social Security numbers, medical records, or payment card numbers in the message.
Selling personal information
This site does not sell the information you submit. Gallagher may share client information as allowed by law and as described in Gallagher’s privacy notice, including with insurers when you ask Gallagher to place coverage.
